On 27 November 2025, the Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) organised a dedicated BizMatch session as part of its Trade Networking Visit with a delegation of 37 prominent buyers from China. The session served as a focused business platform to facilitate direct engagement between the visiting buyers and Malaysian palm oil suppliers. The BizMatch programme enabled participating companies to discuss specific sourcing requirements, product specifications and potential areas of collaboration across both food and non-food applications. Through structured one-to-one meetings, Malaysian exporters were able to present their capabilities, product offerings and supply strengths, while gaining clearer insights into current demand trends and procurement expectations within the Chinese market. The session provided a practical avenue for strengthening commercial linkages, enhancing mutual understanding and identifying immediate and longer-term trade opportunities. It also reinforced MPOC’s ongoing efforts to support market development initiatives that connect Malaysian suppliers with key international buyers and promote sustained export growth.
